To create this card we used the following:
Flat Red, 5 ½” x 4 ¼” Fold Over Card
Medium Happy Valentine’s Day Template
Medium Cupid Heart Template
Medium Heart Chain Template
Large Alphabet Calligraphy-Upper Case Template
Large Alphabet Calligraphy-Lower Case Template
Ultra-Fine Crystal Glitter
Small Align-a-Card
Lay Happy Valentine’s Day upside down on top of an align-a-card on the light source. Trace the outline of the template to make a frame. Then emboss the inside. Trace cupid on card as shown, outlining the template first, and then embossing the inside. To make the double hearts use your Heart Chain. Do the largest heart on the chain, then the 3rd heart on the chain inside of the first heart. Overlap another heart done in the same way. It is best to emboss the top heart in the overlap first, stopping at the edge of the first heart. Personalize using the Alphabet. Remember to work backwards, and place your template upside down on your light source. Use the three smallest hearts of the chain to fill in. Use a glue pen add glitter to the outer hearts in the overlapping hearts, the wings of cupid, and some of the small hearts.
