To create this card we used the following:
White Linen, 5 ½” x 4 ¼” Fold Over Card
Large Lighthouse Template
Medium Boat Template
Black Chalk
Yellow Chalk
Red Chalk
Brown Chalk
Royal Blue Chalk
Light Blue Chalk
Ultra-Fine Crystal Glitter
Emboss the Lighthouse template on one side, and towards the top, of the card. Have the lighthouse beam facing the center of the card. Emboss the boat about 2” from the bottom of the card and about 1 ½” from the side of the card opposite the lighthouse. Color the lighthouse with black stripes as shown. Use yellow chalk for the searchlight beam and windows. Color the house red with a brown roof. Color the base of the boat with black, and two of the stripes on the sail red. Lightly shade the sky blue and the water dark blue. You can make the water look like waves by applying chalk in an upside down v motion. Use the royal blue so it will separate the sky and water. Color the grass around the lighthouse green. Use your glue pen to apply glue in a wave pattern on the water and to the lighthouse windows and beam; then shake on crystal glitter.
