Troubleshooting Problems with Checkout for Multiple Items
Embossing Etc. uses Yahoo Store so our customers will have a secure site for ordering online. Yahoo! Some shoppers may have firewall or privacy software that misidentifies and consequently blocks such cookies preventing shoppers from adding multiple items to the shopping cart. Cookie settings can also be controlled through the client Web browser.

This problem is further complicated by the fact that shoppers may not be aware that they are running such software that has this effect.
